Caring for your bouquets

How will the flowers arrive on the big day???

Your wedding flowers arrive packaged in a special white wedding box designed for flowers. Your bouquets will be wrapped delicately in tissue paper to protect the petals etc.

Every natural stem bouquet will be wrapped in a plastic water bag so that it is drinking right up until it is needed for photos. Its best to leave the bouquets in the box until they are needed and to not handle them before you have to.

Buttonholes, Corsages and Hair flowers will be in a corsage container which can be placed in the Crisper section of a fridge to keep them cool. The other section your fridge is too cold and may freeze your flowers. An air conditioned room is best to keep your flowers, or if your accommodation

Delivery or Pick Up?

{LOOPPRICE}At every opportunity, I will personally deliver your flowers to you on your special day. There is nothing better than seeing a happy bride! Delivery by myself is the preferred Delivering to South East Queensland including Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba.

Terms and Conditions

A Non Refundable Booking fee of $50 is required to secure your date in advance. This validates your quote, and is a non refundable FEE.

If a cancellation is required after payment of your booking, the fee is non refundable.

- Full and final payment is due 4 weeks before wedding date. Late fees apply.

-Orders will be placed once full payment is received.

- We prefer Direct Debit but also accept cheque if arranged prior to due date

-Final changes and alterations to your order must be finalised one month prior to your wedding date. No changes are accepted after this. A fee will be charged if alterations are made to colours and flower choices after this date.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. If cancellations occurs within 30 days of the wedding date, Balance and other Payments will NOT be refundable, unless at the discretion of Gloriosa Weddings.

-In the extremely unlikely event that Gloriosa Weddings are unable to fulfil the order for reasons including, but not limited to, illness, accident, or injury, or other major medical reasons, we reserve the right to find substitute staff or subcontractors, to fulfil the order.
